MEXICO CITY -- Sony Pictures Television International and
Nickelodeon Latin America will co-produce the teen series "Isa
TKM," their first joint telenovela production in Venezuela, it was
announced Thursday.
Filming begins in August, and a pan-regional premiere is planned for several months later. In Mexico, Nick co-produced four seasons of the live-action kids series "Skimo," while SPTI is an experienced telenovela producer. Penned by Venezuelan playwright Mariela Romero, "Isa TKM" will be dubbed in Portuguese for Nickelodeon Brazil.
