Cinram International Income Fund said Friday that Lewis Ritchie will step down as executive vp finance and CFO on June 30, after 32 years with the company.

Ritchie's departure comes as Toronto-based Cinram attempts to rebuild as core DVD sales continue to slump and high-definition formats, including Blu-ray and HD DVD, take over.

The disc maker said it has nearly selected Ritchie's successor and expects a smooth transition.
