FilmErin Siminoff, 31vp production, Fox 2000 Siminoff studied broadcast journalism at Pepperdine before taking an internship with Fox 2000. Ten years later, she's still there. "I should get some sort of plaque on my wall," she jokes. After "The Devil Wears Prada" and "Walk the Line," she took a lead role on the two "Alvin and the Chipmunks" movies, the first of which grossed $358 million worldwide (the "squeakquell" debuts in December). Now she's finishing up a passion project, "Ramona and Beezus," an adaptation of the classic Beverly Cleary book, while tending to her 14-month-old son. She learned to multitask from her boss, production president Elizabeth Gabler. "Watching her balance it has been such an education," she says. |
