Miley Cyrus

100. Miley Cyrus

Star; singer, "Hannah Montana" (Disney Channel)

It's Miley! At 16, she's more girl than woman, but this year Cyrus' album "Breakout" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts, her 3-D concert film "Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert" earned $65 million domestically (it also recently became the top-selling concert DVD of all time, according to Disney), and her TV show "Hannah Montana" helps make the Disney Channel the No. 1 network during the day for tweens 9-14. Adam Bonnett, senior vp original programming at Disney Channel attributes her success to being the audience's "best friend." With that kind of cachet, next year may be the best of all worlds, as she returns to the big screen with "Hannah Montana: The Movie," pens an autobiography and premieres "a bonanza of programming events" on the TV side, according to Bonnett. "In this business, where there's lots of copycats and wannabes," he says, "Miley's able to really stand out."
