Culkin court date delayed

Culkin court delay

AP
OKLAHOMA CITY -- A court hearing for actor Macaulay Culkin on two misdemeanor drug counts has been reset for June 8. A hearing had been scheduled for Wednesday, but a court spokeswoman said the prosecution and the defense agreed to the delay. Culkin, star of the movie, "Home Alone," was arrested Sept. 17 after police stopped a car in which he was a passenger. Officers found over a half ounce of marijuana and several tablets of Xanax, a prescription medication used to treat depression and panic disorders, court records show. Culkin didn't have a prescription, authorities said. Oklahoma County prosecutors charged him with misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of the prescription drug. Culkin has pleaded innocent to the charges and is free on $4,000 bail.
