Daniels hitching ride on Col's 'RV'

Daniels boards 'RV'

Borys Kit
Jeff Daniels has boarded Columbia Pictures' "RV." The picture is being directed by Barry Sonnenfeld and produced by Red Wagon's Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher. Daniels joins Robin Williams, Kristin Chenoweth and Cheryl Hines in the cast. The comedy follows a man (Williams) and his dysfunctional family who rent an RV and head for the Rockies, ending up in a campground community. Daniels plays an annoyingly helpful man who is considered the patron saint of the RV world. His character also is the husband of Chenoweth's stay-at-home businesswoman, who sells products out of her trailer. Columbia's Jonathan Kadin is overseeing. Daniels earned praise for his performance in the Sundance feature "The Squid and the Whale." Daniels just completed shooting "Goodnight, and Good Luck," directed by George Clooney, as well as "Every Word Is True." He is repped by ICM.
