FX said Thursday that its new drama "Thief," starring Andre Braugher, will premiere at 10 p.m. March 28. Six episodes of the limited-order series will air for six consecutive weeks, starting one week after the season finale of "The Shield." The show revolves around a crew of thieves led by Nick Atwater (Braugher) who find themselves in profound danger and at a moral crossroads. "Thief" was written and created by Norman Morrill, who executive produces alongside David Manson and Gavin Polone. The series is produced by Regency Television.
