Clear Channel Radio is set to announce Tuesday that Whoopi Goldberg will lead a live morning-drive radio program starting July 31. The show, titled "Wake Up With Whoopi," will air weekdays from 5-9 a.m. nationwide and will feature a blend of daily topics, comedy, listener call-ins, guests and locally programd music. The show will be syndicated nationally through Premiere Radio Networks and should appeal to adult contemporary stations, Clear Channel Radio said. The deal was spearheaded by WMA's new radio division and attorney Bill Sobel.
