Bradford has eyes for Gold Circle's 'Sassy'

Jesse Bradford has signed on to star in "My Sassy Girl," Gold Circle's remake of the South Korean hit romantic comedy.
Yann Samuell is directing the movie, which is being produced by Gold Circle's Paul Brooks, Vertigo's Roy Lee and Maverick Films' Mark Morgan.
"Girl" tells the story of a small-town guy from the Midwest who thought he had his entire life mapped out until he falls for a reckless, brazen girl who turns his life upside down. Elisha Cuthbert already has been cast as the sassy girl.
Shooting will start in early November in New York.
Scott Niemeyer and Norm Waitt are executive producing for Gold Circle alongside Vertigo's Doug Davison, Maverick's Guy Oseary, Milton Kim and Jay Polstein.
Gold Circle vp production Zak Kadison, who brought the project into the company, is overseeing the film and will serve as a co-producer along with Maverick's Brent Emery.
Bradford will star in Clint Eastwood's "Flags of Our Fathers" opposite Ryan Phillippe and Adam Beach. The movie opens Oct. 20. Bradford most recently starred in Don Roos' "Happy Endings" opposite Lisa Kudrow and Maggie Gyllenhaal as well as in Merchant Ivory's "Heights" opposite Glenn Close.
Bradford is repped by UTA, Alchemy Entertainment and Sloane, Offer, Weber, Dern.
