I haven't read the book. Everyone whose complaining about the book really shouldn't. They should focus on how good the MOVIE is, and not how different it is from the book. I'm going to read the book, but I also loved the movie. I didn't cry . . . I don't cry easily even though my best friend who had the same thing happen to her was sitting next to me weeping. If your looking for a sad movie that makes you think about life, love and death — things that are more important than what most of us focus on — then this is the one.
