Although American Idol favorite Casey Abrams grew up in Idyllwild, Calif. within an hour's drive of the site of this weekend's Coachella music festival, it was all about doing some coa-chill-ing on Friday, as the season 10 alum joined music editor Shirley Halperin for a special 4/20 episode of Idol Hangover.
