ACM Awards: Jason Aldean Named Entertainer of the Year

The 52nd annual Academy of Country Music Awards were handed out Sunday night.

Jason Aldean was named entertainer of the year, while Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett were named female and male vocalists of the year, respectively. Lambert's The Weight of These Wings also won for album of the year.

Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley hosted the show for a second year. The ACMs, produced for TV by Dick Clark Productions, aired live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on CBS.

The ACM Awards are produced by dick clark productions. DCP is part of Eldridge Industries, the U.S. holding company whose assets also include the Hollywood Reporter-Billboard Media Group.
