    Matthew Weiner's $30 million Mad Men renegotiation required TV's top female dealmaker to work overtime, but the unique three-season deal with Lionsgate and AMC gave her client everything he wanted. "For the first time, Matt was able to project what's going to happen over three years on the show, which gave him a huge creative opportunity," she notes. "And he got paid."
