In celebration of the holiday weekend, multiple networks will air TV and movie Easter-themed specials on Saturday and Sunday.

On March 26, truTV, A&E and CNN will each air Easter programming. Throughout Sunday, OWN, TCM and Comedy Central, among others, have egg, rabbit or crucifixion-centered shows or films scheduled.

To cap off the weekend, Biblical musical The Passion, the Tyler Perry-hosted telecast that aired live on Palm Sunday, will return on Easter night featuring Seal (Pontius Pilate), Chris Daughtry (Judas) and Trisha Yearwood (Mary) amongst the stars who will perform a variety of songs in telling the story of Jesus Christ's life on Earth.
