Marc Whitten
Corporate vp, Xbox Live
Microsoft's Xbox 360 has become much more than a video-game console; users spend half their time with nongame content. A 13-year Microsoft veteran, Whitten helped grow online entertainment service Xbox Live -- which delivers games, movies, TV shows and music while connecting nearly 40 million members worldwide -- into a key part of the tech giant's entertainment strategy. Just in time for the holidays, more TV and video content was added via new apps from a slew of entertainment partners, including HBO Go, Epix, UFC and YouTube. Adding the Kinect controller for Xbox 360 to the mix brings voice and motion control to the experience.
