"In the pilot episode, when Prince Charming rides in on the horse and sees Snow White in the glass coffin and gives her true love's kiss and she wakes up. We were filming out deep in the woods in Vancouver, and it was cold and rainy to start off with. Then the camera started rolling, and we started to shoot the scene, and as I arrived, it started to snow. You can call it whatever you want, but it felt bigger than what we were actually doing."

"My all-time favorite episode will always be 'Snow Falls,' the third episode of the first season, which is the backstory of Snow White and Prince Charming. I'm a Disneyphile and, to me, that episode was like a Disneyphile's paradise. It was such a grand introduction to their love story that it will always be my favorite."

"The Back to the Future-inspired double-part episode [season three's 'Snow Drifts' and 'There's No Place Like Home'] was my favorite. It felt like we got to shoot a movie for those two episodes and [Colin O'Donoghue and I] are both fans of the Back to the Future movies, so there was something really fun about living that out in a different variation."

"One of my favorites is 'The Stable Boy' [from season one]. It's when we get to see Regina's backstory and how she became this evil queen, and that really earned the audience's heart because, prior to that, everyone looked at her as just this evil witch. In telling that story, people started really feeling for her and then rooting for her and wanting her to find love. She wasn't just an angry, vengeful woman."
