Your L.A. guide to shopping for the week ahead.
Now that you've had ample time to recover from your Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping high, get ready to pound the pavement again for the next round of deals you won't want to miss.
It's not really the holidays until Gwyneth Paltrow drops her annual Goop holiday gift guide, and this year's "ridiculous" list didn't disappoint.
Angelenos in search of an in-home dry cleaner ($2,000) or a kombucha brewer ($59) are in luck, because most of the items (excluding the $8,000 yurt and $3,000 leather bike) are for sale at the Goop Gift holiday pop-up at the Brentwood Country Mart.
Around the corner from the Christian Louboutin store, the new pop-up has hundreds of items ranging in price from $4 to $2,500. The store, like the gift guide, is organized by recipient — from fitness enthusiasts to kids to lovers — and also features a personalization station which offers monogramming and embossing ($15) as well as complimentary wrapping. The pop-up is open Dec. 1-24.
