  • Aldene Johnson

    Client: Florence Welch

Top look: About her pink chiffon Gucci custom gown with sparkling appliques at the 2016 Grammys, the singer, 29, has said: "It's just the most beautiful, romantic thing, but there's some kind of edge to it."

Fashion bio: Zimbabwe-born Johnson was the first U.K. fashion editor of Vice magazine and has been styling Welch since the 2009 album-cover shoot for Lungs, collaborating with Alexander McQueen, Givenchy and Gucci (which will be making costumes for the singer's upcoming world tour).

Inspiration: Johnson says that she is a "massive fan" of Diane Keaton.

Top look: For the Brit Awards, the singer, 27, performed "When We Were Young" in a multicolored, sequined Valentino dress adorned with the Chrysler building on the front. "Very pop, very modern, very bold," says Paul.

Fashion bio: Raised in London and Paris, Paul started out as fashion editor for The Guardian's Observer. Currently based in Los Angeles, the stylist has been working with Adele since 2009.

Three songs she's obsessed with: Beyonce's "Pretty Hurts," The Weeknd's "Prisoner" and Lana Del Rey's "American."

  • Jason Rembert

    Clients: Rita Ora, Zayn Malik

Top look: Ora, 25, elegantly rocked a black velvet Chanel dress with gold trim at the British Fashion Awards.

Social winner: Former One Direction member Malik, 23, was an unexpected front-row fixture during Paris Fashion Week in July, attending both Louis Vuitton and Valentino shows. Pictures of the crooner in a printed silk Vuitton button-down and trousers were in every major digital fashion publication the next day. Explains Rembert, "I think his look was very different than his former image."

Three songs he's obsessed with: Rembert does cop to loving Malik's "Pillowtalk" ("Of course!") and also is listening to Bryson Tiller's "Rambo" and Kanye West's "Highlights."

Top look: "The look paid homage to the Gucci vibe of the early days of hip-hop," says Senofonte of the monogrammed Gucci bodysuits for Beyonce, 34, and the 30 dancers featured in the "Formation" music video. And the singer's much-talked-about Black Panther-inspired DSquared2 looks for the Super Bowl halftime show were "epic," says the costumer-stylist.

Fashion bio: New York-based Senofonte has worked for Norma Kamali and styled Lauryn Hill and the Fugees for their 2005 reunion. Senofonte met Beyonce at a 2007 American Express commercial and since then has been going "into her world to do special projects," like her Formation world tour.
