The Gilchrists may have a problem on their hands when their eldest son takes on an extracurricular activity on behalf of the family.

Podcasting is dangerous -- at least on 1600 Penn.

On Thursday's episode, "Live From Lincoln Bedroom," the Gilchrist's eldest son, Skip (Josh Gad), decides to start an official podcast for the White House and, in a scene exclusive to The Hollywood Reporter, it doesn't sit well with press secretary Marshall (Andre Holland).

At a press conference, a reporter ruffles Marshall's feathers when he breaks the news about Skip's (likely controversial) podcast. Although Marshall pretends all is well, he sprints up the stairs to confront Skip the second he's out of view of the reporters.

"Now, what I'm about to say may sound controversial …" Nine words no one ever wants to hear.

1600 Penn airs at 9:30 p.m. Thursdays on NBC.
