Martha Stewart is testing her comedic chops.
The Emmy-winning TV host has been tapped to guest star on CBS' freshman hit 2 Broke Girls, the network announced Friday.
Stewart will cameo as herself in the May 7 episode, which see the crafty cook/entertainer/decorator attending a fashion gala at the Metropolitican Museum of Art where she's scheduled to be a guest. In the episode, Max (Kat Dennings) and Caroline (Beth Behrs) will seek her out as they look to secure her stamp of approval on their cupcakes and budding business.
The episode will mark Stewart's latest in a string of comedy appearances. Her small-screen cameos include episodes of The Simpsons, Ugly Betty, 3rd Rock From the Sun and Ellen.
2 Broke Girls airs Mondays at 8:30 p.m. on CBS.
