When Agents of SHIELD returns for season three, Skye (Chloe Bennet) will be gone for good.

Instead, the Inhuman at the center of SHIELD will take up her newly discovered birth name, Daisy Johnson, aka the superhero Quake from the Marvel comics, and she's got a whole new look to go along with the new/old name.

Marvel debuted the official season-three promo for the ABC comic book adaptation, and in the footage, Bennet sports a new, shorter haircut that is much closer to Daisy Johnson's comic look. She also introduces herself as "Daisy" to Joey (Juan Pablo Raba), a new Inhuman struggling to harness his abilities whom SHIELD is trying to protect.

The promo also reveals "a new threat that is beyond belief" coming for both SHIELD and the Inhumans ... aka Lash (NFL veteran Matthew Willig), the monstrous Inhuman glimpsed briefly at the end of the video whose loyalties remain ambiguous.

Season three will follow the Secret Warriors storyline from the Marvel comics, as SHIELD Director Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) and Daisy Johnson lead SHIELD in searching for more Inhumans as they continue to pop up all over the world. But they soon find out they're not the only ones looking for these superpowered people.

Check out the new season-three promo below.

Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD's season three premieres Tuesday, Sept. 29, at 9 p.m. on ABC.
