Alison Brie Drops Some Freestyle Rap Rhymes About 'Community' on 'Fallon' (Video)

With Questlove at her side, the multi-talented actress tossed out some verses about her cult NBC comedy.

Good news, Community fans: If NBC pulls the plug on the genre-busting niche comedy as a television show, it could survive as a hip-hop ensemble.

Alison Brie, who plays the sweet Annie Edison in the perennially endangered show, joined Jimmy Fallon on Monday night to discuss her busy career. She is not just an actress (with another regular role, on Mad Men), but also a singer as part of a cover group called The Girls. Inspired by her Community castmate Donald Glover, who raps under the monicker Childish Gambino, she's learned to drop some rhymes of her own -- which she showed off on Late Night.

In an almost frightening departure from her normally delightful demeanor, Brie got fierce, busting out lines like, "Now you’ve been told about Troy and Abed/Gettin’ inside your head/Takin’ sheets from your bed to make a fort/ If you don’t watch the show, I’m taking you to court."

Well, you've been warned.
