He'll make his first appearance in the fifth episode of the CW freshman Stephen Amell starrer.
Calling all Green Arrow fans!
The Hollywood Reporter has your first look at Torchwood alum John Barrowman making his debut on the CW's adaptation Arrow -- but who is this Well Dressed Man playing?
Barrowman will make his debut in the fifth episode of the freshman drama titled "Damaged," playing a character who is only being referred to as "Well Dressed Man." He's described as being as mysterious as he is wealthy and recur as an acquaintance of the Queen family and prominent figure in Starling City.

Using the exclusive photos above and below, it appears that acquaintance is Oliver's mother, Moira Queen (Susanna Thomson), who seems to be paying a visit to what appears to be the office of one very Well Dressed Man.
Considering the final moments of Wednesday's series premiere revealed she isn't really that happy to have Ollie (Stephen Amell) back at home and attempted to off her son, the question remains: is this Well Dressed Man working for or against her?
The CW adaptation starsAmell (Private Practice) as Oliver Queen/Arrow, a hooded vigilante who returns home to Starling City five years after being presumed dead from a boating crash to carry out revenge upon the people who have transformed his hometown from the sprawling city it once was.
