Arrow isn't holding anything back as it heads into the second half of season four.

The CW series just debuted a new sizzle reel for the back half of the season, and the trailer reveals more than a few shocking twists about what's in store for Oliver (Stephen Amell) and the rest of Team Arrow, including old and new members.

From the return of a fan-favorite character to hinting at who might be in the flash forward grave, let's break down the seven most-shocking reveals from the action-packed trailer:

1. Thea (Willa Holland) ends up in the hospital on life support ... again. Seeing as how there is no Lazarus Pit to magically resurrect her from whatever she's ailing from this time, maybe Speedy is the one headed for the grave in the mysterious flash forwards. She doesn't look so hot in multiple scenes, even falling off a bridge at one point. Good thing her older brother is there to literally catch her when she falls.

2. Another possible candidate for the flash forward grave victim is Diggle's (David Ramsey) wife Lyla (Audrey Marie Anderson), who is seen at the wrong end of a gun in the trailer. Both Diggle and Andy (Eugene Byrd) hear a gunshot, and she's not wearing a bullet proof vest. But since Damien Dahrk (Neil McDonough) isn't the one holding her at gunpoint, she's probably not the one in the grave. That doesn't mean she's safe from death, though.

3. Anarky (Alexander Calvert) is back, but this time, he's Oliver's personal hostage. Laurel (Katie Cassidy) isn't going to react well to finding out that Oliver's been holding him prisoner without her knowing. Is Team Arrow about to splinter as a result of Oliver's actions? Damien Dahrk might be getting his wish without even lifting a finger.

4. Damien Dahrk's family may not be as innocent as they first seemed. His wife Ruvé Adams (Janet Kidder) wants "a new beginning" via the end of "this world." And she's going to try to get it in the public domain by running for mayor against Oliver.

5. Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) makes his big return to Star City, and while Oliver sounds surprised to see his old sidekick back on the streets, Thea's welcome is much warmer. Are they going to rekindle their old relationship? Roy is also seen suiting back up in his Red Arrow uniform, and looking overjoyed while doing it. What does this mean for Speedy's position on Team Arrow? This certainly doesn't prove our earlier theory wrong about Thea's fate.

6. In the island flashbacks, Baron Reiter (Jimmy Akingbola) finds himself with an arrow sticking out of his chest. But since Oliver is chained up behind him, who was wielding the bow that delivered the fatal-looking shot?

7. The trailer also teases the return of Katana (Rila Fukushima), Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law), Curtis (Echo Kellum) kicking some serious butt, Shado's twin sister Mei (Celina Jade), Goth hacker Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) (in flashbacks?) and a hilarious exchange between Malcolm (John Barrowman) and Oliver on a rooftop that sounds exactly like something Barrowman would say in real life.
