'Bachelorette' Desiree on the Finale: It's 'Emotional' and 'Dramatic'
Hartsock tells THR that the two-parter is "one to watch."
Viewers of ABC's The Bachelorette who have managed to avoid spoilers are anxious to see what happens in what is being billed as a "two-part finale event."
At last week's Men Tell All taping in Hollywood, star Desiree Hartsock told The Hollywood Reporter that fans won't be disappointed.
"I really want everyone to watch it for themselves and see truly what happens," she said. "I mean it is emotional, it's dramatic, but at the same time there's going to be beauty in it all, so it's definitely one to watch."
Hartsock, a 27-year-old bridal stylist who lives in Los Angeles, has narrowed her original group of 25 suitors down to three: mortgage broker Chris Siegfried, 27, from McMinnville, Ore.; digital marketing analyst Drew Kenney, 27, from Scottsdale, Ariz.; and sales and marketing professional Brooks Forester, 28, from Salt Lake City.
The previews of the finale, which kicks off Monday, have shown Desiree (and more than one of the remaining men) in tears. Some have suggested the drama involves Brooks, who has said on-camera that his feelings for Desiree are not as strong as hers are for him.
Asked if she has any regrets from her time on the show -- which has seen multiple competitors accused of being there for the "wrong reasons" -- Desiree said she has none.
"I am really happy that I did do this show," she said. "I mean it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."
Said host Chris Harrison on Monday night's Men Tell All special of the finale: "It's the most emotionally intense Bachelorette finale in the show's history. I know I've said that before, but in all honestly I really mean it this time," he quipped.
The Bacheloretteairs at 8 p.m. Mondays on ABC.
