'The Bachelorette' Interview: Emily Maynard's Post-Breakup Chat Spurs Twitter Reaction (Video)

Emily Maynard returned to the set of ABC's The Bachelor/The Bachelorette on Monday night to talk about her breakup with Brad Womack.

The single mom became engaged to Womack at the end of last season, but the couple broke up late last month. (This was Womack's second try at finding love on the show; his first ended with him choosing neither of the two finalists.)

During the interview, which aired during The Bachelorette, a tearful Maynard confirmed the two aren't engaged anymore but adds that he'll "always be a huge part of my life." She added that there were "red flags" in their relationship, without getting specific, and she will "always be in love with Brad."

When Harrison asked why Womack wasn't present at the interview, Maynard -- who is rumored to be in the running to star in the next edition of The Bachelorette -- replied: "I wish I didn't have to sit here. I want to tell people."

She also lamented her lack of privacy since the show ended and inability to trust that whatever she tells a friend won't get told to the tabloids. [Watch a clip from the interview below.]
