Bam Margera Predicted Ryan Dunn Would Die in Car Crash
"He's gonna eat it one of these times," Margera said in "Jackass" commentary.
Bam Margera made an eerily prescient prediction about his close friend and Jackass co-star Ryan Dunn in DVD commentary for Season 5 of the MTV reality show.

"He's gonna eat it one of these times [in a car accident]," Margera said of Dunn, who died Monday. West Goshen, Pennsylvania police said he was driving at least 130 miles and had twice the legal limit of alcohol in his blood stream when he lost control of his car, slammed into a tree and his Porsche went up in flames. Jackass production assistant Zachary Hartwell also died in the accident.

Margera taped the commentary (unearthed by TMZ.com) in 2006. He also spoke about Margera's prior car accidents. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Dunn earned more than 20 driving violations in the past 13 years, including one DUI.
"He'll never learn his lesson," said Margera.
Another cast member speculated, "I have [Ryan] in the death pool ... for death by vehicle."

In the episode for which they delivered commentary, Dunn races Margera's Lamborghini in a limousine, and loses. Margera says the limo "blew up like every other f--king car he has."
Margera and Dunn were close friends. It was Margera's mother, April, who first confirmed Dunn's death.
Margera broke down when visiting the scene of the accident earlier this week. Upwards of 50 people have been spotted there leaving flowers and cards.

Margera and Chicago film critic Roger Ebert also got into a war of words when Ebert criticized Dunn for drinking and driving.
