From Fox 21 Television Studios, the drama series from former Walking Dead showrunner Glen Mazzara follows the adult life of Damien Thorn (Bradley James, Merlin, Homeland), the mysterious child from 20th Century Fox's 1976 feature The Omen. In the Lifetime series, Damien has grown up and is seemingly unaware of the satanic forces around him. Haunted by his past, Damien must now come to terms with his true destiny — that he is the Antichrist, the most feared man of all time.

Hershey will portray the series regular role of Ann Rutledge, the world's most powerful woman who has been tasked with making sure Damien fulfills his destiny as the Antichrist. The role marks Hershey's latest TV gig following Once Upon a Time, The Mountain, Chicago Hope and Lifetime's Left to Die TV movie. She's repped by Markham Froggatt in the U.K., Pakula/King & Associates and Jackoway Tyerman.

Omid Abtahi (Better Call Saul) plays Amani Golkar, a close co-worker of Damien whose loyalty will be tested when he realizes who his brother-in-arms actually is.

Scheduled to begin in 2015, Mazzara will write and exec produce the series via his 44 Strong Productions. Ross Fineman (Lights Out) developed the project alongside Mazzara and will also exec produce via Fineman Entertainment. Pancho Mansfield (Queen of the South) will exec produce alongside Shekhar Kapur (Elizabeth), the latter of whom will direct the premiere of the six-episode straight-to-series drama.
