BBC America Announces Premieres for 'Outcasts,' 'Bedlam'
BBC America has announced debut dates for two original series.

Sci-fi drama Outcasts, centered on a new world set in a new post-Earth era, will premiere its eight-episode season on Saturday, June 18 at 9 p.m. The series stars Ugly Betty vet Eric Mabius, Liam Cunningham and Hermione Norris, and was created by Ben Richards. The show was shot in South Africa.
Bedlam, which stars Will Young (Skins), Charlotte Salt (The Tudors) and Joanna Page (Gavin & Stacey), will debut Saturday, Oct. 8 at 9 p.m. The series is set in Bedlam Heights, an apartment building converted from a pre-Victorian lunatic asylum, and its inhabitants experience the darker side of the building's history when spirits come back to claim what they think is theirs and seek revenge.
BBC America will co-produce the new season of Being Human. The new season of Doctor Who returns Saturday.
