Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are adding a scripted TV series to their résumé.

Syfy has handed out a 13-episode series order to the duo's Incorporated, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Set to bow in the fall, the drama is set in a near future where corporations have unlimited power. The drama centers around Ben Larson (Sean Teale, Reign), a young executive who conceals his true identity to infiltrate a very dangerous corporate world to save the woman he loves. But he’ll soon learn that he’s not the only one whose secrets may have deadly consequences. Eddie Ramos (Teen Wolf), Dennis Haysbert (24) and Julia Ormond (Mad Men) co-star.

The Universal Cable Productions and CBS Television Studios drama is created by David and Alex Pastor (Selfless), who wrote and directed the pilot. Ted Humphrey (The Good Wife) will serve as executive producer and showrunner, with Damon, Affleck and their Pearl Street Films president Jennifer Todd on board to executive produce. Pearl Street's Margaret Chernin is also on board as a co-producer.

"The most powerful science-fiction holds up a mirror to our world," Syfy president Dave Howe said. "Incorporated is exactly that type of smart, provocative series, delivering a fresh, edge of your seat thriller that challenges notions of the world we live in today. We look forward to working with the stellar teams at Pearl Street Films, CBS Television Studios and Universal Cable Productions to bring it to life for Syfy viewers this year."

For Syfy, Incorporated joins a roster of originals that includes The Expanse, The Magicians, 12 Monkeys and upcoming drama Hunters. The NBCUniversal-owned cabler has spent the bulk of the past year doubling down on high-profile dramas in a bid to bring more traditional science-fiction fare back to the network. It also has Halloween anthology Channel Zero: Candle Cove coming this year and is developing a buzzy take on Aldous Huxley's classic novel Brave New World from Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Television, as well as Hyperion, from exec producer Bradley Cooper.

For Affleck and Damon's Pearl Street, Incorporated marks its first scripted series. The company also has HBO's unscripted entry Project Greenlight and is in production on feature Live By Night, starring and directed by Affleck.
