Nearly 80,000 unique visitors flocked to the subreddit to share spoilers, obsess over Breaking Bad Easter eggs and predict what's next. For comparison's sake, the community had been averaging under 1,000 unique visitors per day in the months leading up to the premiere.

The Breaking Bad subreddit, which is (so far) significantly larger, also saw a spike during Saul's premiere, with more than 100,000 unique visitors experiencing a case of Bad nostalgia heading there. Leading up to Saul, it had been attracting a mean of roughly 10,000 unique visitors a day.

Better Call Saul opened to record ratings for a cable series premiere and included plenty of fodder for fans to dissect. For more from the two-night premiere, read THR's interviews with Vince Gilligan and Peter GouldBob OdenkirkRaymond Cruz (Tuco) and director Michelle MaClaren.
