'The Blacklist' Adds 'House of Cards' Alum as New Series Regular (Exclusive)
Mozhan Marno joins recent new addition Mary-Louise Parker on the sophomore season of the NBC drama.
The Blacklist is bulking up for season two.
Just days after adding Mary-Louise Parker (Weeds) to the cast in a recurring role, NBC's breakout drama has added a House of Cards actress as a new series regular.
Mozhan Marno has been cast as Tamar Katzman, a former Mossad agent and incredibly intuitive spy who goes head to head with Raymond Reddington (James Spader).
Marno played Ayla Sayyad on Netflix's House of Cards. Her credits include a guest role in CBS' Madam Secretary pilot as well as episodes of In Plain Sight, Ringer and The Mentalist. She's repped by TalentWorks and Anonymous Content.
Parker, meanwhile, will portray Naomi Hyland, a woman who's hiding a dark secret from her husband with ties to Reddington. She'll make her debut in the season-two premiere, set for Monday, Sept. 22.
