Netflix has released a trailer for the second season of BoJack Horseman, and it features the narcissistic '90s family-sitcom star trying to turn over a new leaf.

"I can change, and I will change," he repeats to himself. "Every morning is a miracle. #everymorning #everymorningisamiracle #bojackthoughts."

Still, he occasionally loses his cool while on the set of his dream project — a Secretariat biopic — or while crossing paths with, of all things, honeydew melon. It's enough to get him shouting, "Can we please get some alcohol into my mouth?"

But maybe true transformation is possible. "Something's wrong," he tells his new owl friend, played by Lisa Kudrow. "I feel weird, like I want to spend more time with you — even though I know we just had sex."

Will Arnett, Amy Sedaris, Alison Brie, Paul F. Tompkins and Aaron Paul are all back for season two, which debuts in full on July 17.
