Bravo's 'The People's Couch' Renewed for Third Season (Exclusive)

The unscripted series features families and friends commenting on their favorite TV programs.

The couches are coming back.

Bravo's unscripted series The People's Couch has been renewed for a third season, The Hollywood Reporter exclusively has learned. The new season will consist of eight hourlong episodes.

The show centers on family members and groups of friends reacting to various other TV series as they watch from their living rooms.

Returning for the third season are: sisters and roommates Amanda and Kenya; best friends Blake, Scott and Emerson; sisters Cathy and Destiney; the Egber family; best friends and writing partners Julie and Brandy; the Resnick family; retired neighbors and friends Teddi, Ayn and Sue; and the Zeno family.

Other Bravo series to earn recent renewals include Shahs of Sunset, which has been picked up for a fifth season, and scripted offerings Odd Mom Out and Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce.

The People's Couch's season-three premiere airs Oct. 6 at 10 p.m. on Bravo.
