'X Factor': Simon Cowell Talks Khloe Kardashian, Britney Spears Dances 'Gangnam Style' on 'Ellen' (Video)
UPDATED: The pop star appears alongside Simon Cowell on Tuesday, where they speculated that “The Voice’s” decision to compete with their Wednesday premiere would “backfire.”
It’s been more than a decade since Britney Spears danced her way into the spotlight with “…Baby One More Time,” but apparently the pop star still has moves.

Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Tuesday, Spears receives a surprise visit from Korean sensation Psy and learns how to dance along to the viral hit “Gangnam Style.” Watch below.
Urged by host Ellen DeGeneres to remove her nude heels, Psy objects, explaining: “The mindset of this dance is dress classy and dance cheesy.”
Though he opted not to participate in the dance lesson, Spears’ X Factor co-star Simon Cowell was also on hand for the episode. In their interview, Spears and Cowell quibble about who’s the nicer judge and recall what it took to get the pop icon signed on for the show.

“I was on full charm alert,” Cowell says of wooing the new judge.
Predictably, Cowell also continued to slam NBC’s The Voice for deciding to go up against his Wednesday premiere.
“I think that when you play with the audience and you start messing around saying ‘now you can’t watch both shows’ -- and it is a spoiling tactic -- and I think what happened was, I know was, they got wind of how good our first episode is. Britney, I have to say, is amazing in it, as is Demi [Lovato] and they did this because they don’t want people to see them on the show,” says Cowell. “My gut feeling is, I think this is going to backfire on them because you don’t mess with the audience.”

As for those pesky casting rumors surrounding the show's new host, Cowell also confirms that frontrunner Khloe Kardashian is, in fact, in the running. All while playing coy, of course.
After noting that he had "screen tested a load of people," Cowell teases, "It could be a Kardashian."
"That’s what I thought. A Khloe Kardashian," quips DeGeneres
"It could be a Kardashian. I think that would work," clarifies Cowell. "I'm quite a fan of not putting hosts on this show. Because I think it’s going to give it a different dynamic. So we have to find people who have a great chemistry but Khloe is definitely up there in running."
