Our America's Lisa Ling will host The Job, which hails from Embassy Row and Sony Pictures Television. In the potential series, five contestants -- selected from thousands of applicants -- will go head-to-head for the chance to score their dream job at one of America's most prestigious companies.
The pilot marks the first time the reality powerhouses Davies and Burnett will team for a project and marks CBS' latest unscripted effort and comes a month after the network ordered to series 3, a dating show based on the Israeli format.

Brownstone's Drew Brown, Bob Gillan and James Flint will exec produce alongside A&E's David McKillop, Elaine Frontain Bryant, Neil A. Cohen and Nicole Reed. Nicco Ardin will co-exec produce.
Barter will bow in the summer and join a roster of unscripted series exploring various other subcultures including Storage Wars, Shipping Wars and real estate offerings Flip This House, among others.
