Comic-Con 2011: Meet the Casts of 'Game of Thrones,' 'Big Bang Theory,' 'True Blood,' 'Vampire Diaries'
Warner Bros. Entertainment outlines new plans to make sure fans get the most out of the San Diego event.
Interested in attending both the Comic-Con panel for True Blood panel as well as the cast signing but not sure what line to stand in? Rest assured, Warner Bros. Entertainment and Comic-Con have you covered.
A new ticket distribution system has been put in place in order to accommodate the best of both worlds at the massive San Diego pop culture convention.
Warner Bros. will be distributing wristbands for signings via daily ticket drawings held at Sails Pavilion #9 inside the Convention Center in an effort to avoid long lines around its fan-favorite booth – #4545 on the convention show floor.
“Safety is always our main concern with signings or events, so it is Comic-Con policy that access is regulated by a drawing for a chance to win — giving all attendees an equal opportunity to enter,” said David Glanzer, director of marketing and public relations for Comic-Con International. “We are happy that Warner Bros. has agreed to utilize this system and thank them for once again offering such unique opportunities to our attendees this year, as well as their continued support of Comic-Con.”
Fans interested in attending signings with any of the casts below should visit the Sails Pavilion at the time of each drawing. All fans present at the appointed time will receive numbered tickets featuring a special sticker. A random drawing will determine who winds up with a wristband and access to autograph lines.
