'Dancing With the Stars' Recap: Contestants Take on Movie Themes
Meanwhile, one competitor earns the first 10s of the season on Monday night's episode.
It was movie night Monday on Dancing With the Stars.
The nine remaining contestants on ABC's competition hit the floor to perform dance choreographed to famous movie themes.

But perhaps the biggest news of the night was Cher finally showing up to cheer on her son, competitor Chaz Bono, in the audience.
Bono, who performed a paso doble to the Rocky theme, earned 21 out of a possible points from the judges, putting him in a sixth-place tie with Chynna Phillips and Nancy Grace. But his performance still made his famous mom teary afterward.

Meanwhile, Ricki Lake impressed the judges once again, keeping her No. 1 ranking with her tango set to the Psycho theme. She earned two 10s and a 9 from the judges -- the first 10s given out this season -- for a total of 29 points.
J.R. Martinez also continued to wow the judges, earning 26 points for his foxtrot to the Pink Panther theme, putting him in second place.

Bringing up the rear was a pirate-costumed Carson Kressley, who scored 20 points for his Viennese waltz set to the Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl theme.
