Matt Damon and Ben Affleck's Syfy drama pilot is rounding out its cast.

Dennis Haysbert (24), David Hewlett (Stargate) and Ian Tracey (Bates Motel) have joined the cast of Incorporated, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Incorporated is an espionage thriller that takes place in a future in which companies have unlimited power. It tells the story of executive Ben Larson (Reign's Sean Teale), who must change his identity in order to infiltrate a cutthroat corporate world to save the woman he loves. In the process, he takes on the entire system — with deadly consequences.

Hewlett will portray Chad, a high-level executive at SPIGA, the all-powerful company at the center of Incorporated, who has reached his position by appeasing his superiors and taking credit for the achievements of his subordinates.

Haysbert co-stars as Julian, the head of security and probably the most feared person at SPIGA headquarters. Part detective and part grand inquisitor, Julian is a tenacious investigator with an uncanny ability to sniff out moles and traitors in the company.

Tracey is set as Terrence, a corrupt businessman who could also become a threat to Ben’s plans for SPIGA.

The trio joins a cast that also includes Julia Ormond, Georgina Haig and more.

Incorporated marks Affleck and Damon's first scripted cable project. The duo executive produce via their Pearl Street Films banner. Brothers David and Alex Pastor (Self/less, The Last Days) will pen the pilot and direct the CBS Television Studios/Universal Cable Productions co-pro. Ted Humphrey (The Good Wife) will serve as showrunner and executive producer via his overall deal with CBSTVS. Damon, Affleck and Pearl Street president Jennifer Todd will executive produce, and Pearl Street creative executive Margaret Chernin is on board as an associate producer.

Haysbert is repped by Gersh, Tracey is with The Characters and Hewlett with Doug Patterson.
