The ATX Television Festival is preparing for another year of classic TV reunions.

The casts of Designing Women and Northern Exposure have signed on to appear at the sixth annual festival, set to run June 8-11 in Austin, Texas.

To mark the 30th anniversary of Designing Women, stars Delta Burke, Annie Potts, Jean Smart, Gerald McRaney, Hal Holbrook and Douglas Barr will join creator/executive producer Linda Bloodworth-Thomason. (Stars Dixie Carter and Meshach Taylor passed away in 2010 and 2014, respectively.)

The stars of Northern Exposure, including Rob Morrow, John Corbett, Barry Corbin, Janine Turner and Darren Burrows, will appear along with creator Joshua Brand (The Americans), writers Robin Green and Mitchell Burgess (The Sopranos) and network executive and producer Cheryl Bloch.

The annual fest also will have retrospectives for two of Bloodworth-Thomason's other series: Evening Shade with stars Burt Reynolds and Marilu Henner confirmed to take part; and Hearts Afire with Markie Post and Leslie Jordan in attendance.

As in years past, the festival will honor projects canceled too soon. For The Black Donnellys, creators/executive producers/directors Paul Haggis and Robert Moresco, writer Amanda Moresco and castmember Jonathan Tucker will be on hand. Natalie Morales and creator/exec producer Javier Grillo-Marxuach will reunite to discuss The Middlemen.

Everybody Loves Raymond creator and executive producer Phil Rosenthal will return to the fest to reprise his “I’ll Have What Phil’s Having … for Breakfast!” — based on his PBS show — for a second year.

ATX Advisory Board members Glen Mazzara (The Shield, The Walking Dead) and Beau Willimon (House of Cards) also will return as panelists.

Additional panels will be announced at a later date. Additional details about the event can be found at atxfestival.com.
