Emma Roberts to Star in Fox Drama 'Delirium'
She'll star as Lena in Karyn Usher's adaptation of the Lauren Oliver novels.
Emma Roberts is returning to television.
After starring roles in the features Nancy Drew and Scream 4, the former star of Nickelodeon's Unfabulous has been tapped to star in Fox's Delirium, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Delirium is based on Lauren Oliver's best-selling trilogy about a world where love is deemed illegal and is able to be eradicated with a special procedure. With 95 days to go until her scheduled treatment, Lena Holoway does the unthinkable: She falls in love.
Roberts will star as Lena, the defiant heart of the drama. Karyn Usher (Touch, Bones, Prison Break) penned the 20th Television pilot and will executive produce alongside Peter Chernin, Katherine Pope, Paula Mazur and Mitchell Kaplan.
The actress recently completed production on New Line's We're the Millers opposite Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis, Lionsgate's Empire State and the indie feature Palo Alto Stories with James Franco. Roberts is repped by CAA and David Sweeney at Sweeney Entertainment.
