THR’s chief TV critic weighs in from the 63rd annual awards ceremony, live from the LA Nokia Theatre.
Join THR's chief television critic, Tim Goodman, on Sunday Sept. 18 as he live blogs the 2011 Primetime Emmy Awards.
The 63rd annual awards ceremony airs live from the LA Nokia Theatre at 8 p.m. ET on Fox (5 p.m. PT). This year’s event, which will be hosted by Glee’s Jane Lynch, pits AMC’s stylish ad-men drama Mad Men against newcomer HBO’s Boardwalk Empire. Not only do the shows face off in Outstanding Drama, but lead men Jon Hamm and Steve Buscemi will also face off. On the comedy side, last year’s winner Modern Family will take on fan favorite’s Glee and The Office.
