'Empire': Watch a Live Musical Performance and Q&A With the Cast

Empire fans, get ready for something special.

The cast and creators from Fox's red-hot hip-hop drama will take part in a special Emmys-season panel presentation Thursday starting at around 7:45 p.m. PT. (Watch below, with the event kicking off between 7:45-8 p.m.)

The session, part of the annual Emmy campaigning season that features multiple series paneling at the Television Academy in North Hollywood, Calif., will feature performances by Jussie Smollett (Jamal) and Bryshere "Yazz" Gray (Hakeem).

The event will conclude with a panel discussion with castmembers Terrence Howard (Lucious), Taraji P. Henson (Cookie), Trai Byers (Andre), Smollett, Gray, Kaitlin Doubleday (Rhonda) and Grace Gealey (Anika).Also set to participate are co-creators and executive producers Lee Daniels and Danny Strong; as well as fellow EPs Brian Grazer and showrunner Ilene Chaiken.
