At the end of Girls' fifth season, things were tense between Hannah (Lena Dunham) and Jessa (Jemima Kirke) as Hannah had just learned that Jessa had started dating her ex-boyfriend Adam (Adam Driver).

In a new promo for the HBO series' sixth and final season, it appears that even though Hannah said she'd accepted Jessa's and Adam's relationship, they haven't completely made up. And perhaps Marnie (Allison Williams) and Shoshanna (Zosia Mamet) aren't getting along either.

The preview opens with all four girls in a bathroom, with Marnie declaring they're "having a group meeting." Hannah and Jessa don't want to do that, and Shoshanna remarks that that seems to be the only thing they can agree on.

The preview also includes what looks like some awkward run-ins between Hannah and Adam and Jessa telling Hannah, "Regardless of everything that happened, you are still my dear friend."

Hannah responds, "I don't think we ever acted like friends."

Marnie is later seen crying and wondering aloud, "How did I get here?"

And Hannah appears to make a surprisingly self-aware comment about her own narcissistic nature: "It can be pretty hard to have observations about other people when you're only thinking about yourself. I would know."

The sixth and final season of Girls premieres Feb. 12.
