'Glee': New York Takes Center Stage in Season 4 Posters (Photos)
Kate Hudson warns that "Sometimes the Big Apple bites" in one of two images from showrunner Ryan Murphy.
"Sometimes the Big Apple bites."
Welcome to Glee's fourth season, where Rachel Berry is no longer queen of New Directions -- or Ohio -- as seen in one of two new season four posters for the Fox musical dramedy.
With the core of New Directions headed elsewhere, the first full cast photo previews the various directions Mr. Schuester's glee club is heading and previews a Mohawk-free Puck (Mark Salling), new cast members and a new addition to the Cheerios. Oh, and a wicked looking Kate Hudson, who has a multiple-episode role as Rachel's (Lea Michele) tough NYADA dance instructor.
Other things worth noting: Dianna Agron's Quinn is be missing, Santana (Naya Rivera) is sitting near packed bags and grouped with Rachel, hinting that she may indeed wind up on the East Coast. Also seemingly absent: Jayma Mays' Emma, the lovable OCD guidance counselor.
Check out the pair of posters, released Thursday on Twitter via showrunner Ryan Murphy, and hit the comments with what you like, love and miss.
Updated: Murphy took to Twitter to reassure Gleeks that Agron was indeed still part of the series: "Gleeks, please relax. Dianna is still on the show. We love her and have great plans for Quinn. #QuinnFabrayLives," he wrote.
Glee's fourth season returns at 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, on Fox.
