'GMA' vs. 'Today' Morning Show War: What's Coming Up This Week

Katie Couric will be the guest host with George Stephanopoulos for the week of April 2 while Robin Roberts is on vacation. Highlights include: Camille Grammer will speak on her decision to leave Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills; Lara Spencer's surprise bedroom makeover; author Karen LeBillon on French Kids Eat Everything; chef Emeril Lagasse and the breakfast sandwich anchor showdown.
