Bill Maher to Appear on 'The Good Wife'
The "Real Time" host will play himself in a season four episode.
The Good Wife is about to get Real.
Bill Maher, host of HBO talker Real Time With Bill Maher, will appear on the CBS legal drama in the fourth season, it was announced Wednesday. He will play himself in an upcoming episode.
The political commentator isn't the first to cameo on The Good Wife. Democratic political strategists Donna Brazile and Joe Trippi, CBS News correspondent Erica Hill, Lou Dobbs and civil rights activist Vernon Jordan have appeared as themselves on the show since it premiered in 2009.
When season four begins later this month, expect a slew of veteran actors to drop by Lockhart/Gardner for key stints, including Nathan Lane, Maura Tierney, Kristin Chenoweth, Marc Warren and Amanda Peet.
The Good Wife returns Sept. 30 on CBS.
