Where would Bill Clinton be without Hillary? Governor Peter Florrick (Chris Noth) is about to find that out on The Good Wife.

In the new season seven trailer for the acclaimed CBS drama, Alicia (Julianna Margulies) makes very clear her intention not to get involved in her husband's bid for vice president when she crosses paths with a political strategist played by Emmy winner Margo Martindale.

"For the first time in my life, I don’t have to answer to anyone," proclaims Alicia.

The footage also features the return of Michael J. Fox in his Emmy-nominated role as Louis Canning and the debut of a new Alicia wig.

So who else is back and in action for season seven? And who is Alicia calling the devil? (It's not who you think!)

Check out the season seven promo below.

The Good Wife returns Sunday, Oct. 4 at 9 p.m. on CBS.
