'Grey's Anatomy': A Wave of Resignations Rocks Seattle Grace (Video)
Could the plane-crash survivors be up to something more in a scene from Thursday's "Hard Bargain" episode?
When Constance Zimmer said things at Seattle Grace would "get worse," she wasn't kidding.
With the hospital facing a sale, the plane-crash survivors appear to be taking matters into their own hands to protest the drastic changes that could likely come from the group known as Pegasus.
In a clip from Thursday's "Hard Bargain" episode, Derek, Meredith, Callie and Arizona all tender their resignations from the hospital in a scene that rocks Owen to his core when Cristina follows suit.

"As a group of people who have been through something pretty traumatic, they can either use the settlement to the benefit of everyone else or they can turn their backs on it and move on," Zimmer recently told The Hollywood Reporter when asked if the crash survivors could band together to bail out the hospital. "You never know. Some people veer away when tragedy strikes and some people get closer. It's an interesting situation."
"Sometimes you have to hit rock-bottom to find a better place in life," she noted. "Pegasus, the company that's going to come in and possibly buy the hospital, wants to come in and take over the hospital, and there's a lot of change. Some of it works and some of it doesn't."
Check out the scene below and hit the comments with your thoughts on what the docs do from here. Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on ABC.
