Griffin Dunne Cast in Showtime's 'House of Lies' (Exclusive)
He joins Don Cheadle in the net’s management consultant comedy.
Griffin Dunne has landed a multi-episode arc in Showtime’s new comedy House of Lies, about an acerbic management consultant.
Dunne will play a world-famous consultant who teams with Don Cheadle at his firm.
The series is based on author Martin Kihn’s House of Lies: How Management Consultants Steal Your Watch and Then Tell You the Time.
The series also stars Kristen Bell as a member of the firm. Showtime has ordered 12 episodes of House of Lies. Lies and the Claire Danes and Damian Lewis drama Homeland are among the first original series developed by Showtime Entertainment topper David Nevins.
Dunne had a cameo on The Good Wife last year playing a judge. He also directed an episode of the CBS drama.
He’s repped by UTA and 3 Arts Entertainment.
